No zero for 185 spins is not a big think in a game having 37 probabilities. I have personally faced a number not appearing for 254 times and that was 0. Thanks Normy for data. Keep it up.

Is that from a live wheel or is it an RNG table?   I don't believe I've ever been at a wheel where a GREEN didn't come up while I was there!
