First Question:~

At the turn of the century, an Englishman called Charles Wells succeeded in breaking the bank at the Casino in Monte Carlo. . . . . Do you think this may have been due to (in those days) the wheel being allowed to develop some sort of bias ?

Second Question:~

It is known that there are gamblers prohibited from playing in Casinos, worldwide apparently, because they have been caught cheating.

Now, what happens with very successful gamblers. . . are these prohibited from playing as they win all the time, always ?

These are not provocative questions.

I am truly curious and want to know the truth.

Well,
           Norman Leigh was also banned in playing in France as per his book. This thing happens in two situations only.: 1. Someone has won very big stakes playing gradually, which causes a threat to the casino's income. 2. Someone is a routine winner and though wins not very big stakes but wins almost always. Such guys are quite irritating to casinos.
               Even I have got banned in many online casino groups because I won several no deposit casino bonuses from them in succession without putting even a single penny. They closed my accounts without even informing me.
