I'm thinking without the 00, the wheel layout could be beatable.  Stastically it's harder than European, but to a savvy bettor he/she could clean up.

No method, just thinking the columns are wheel neighbor friendly and it seems the numbers are distributed more evenly than European, which are clumped together.
