Does anybody play Liberty Reserve Casinos with 1 cent roulettes

I have seen several Liberty Reserve Casinos which accept only Liberty Reserve and Debit/Credit Cards for deposits and only Liberty Reserve for withdrawals. Most of them have both european and american versions of RNG roulette with 1 cent minimum bets. They claim to give cashouts instantly and there are no  max  table limits also.
                 Does anybody have any experience over them? If yes, which one is best? Do they have fair RNG? Are cashouts truly instant?

You can deposit instantly with credit cards/ debit cards and Liberty Reserve and you can also withdraw instantly. These are my favorite casinos to play at due to the extremely low minimum. I think the RNG is rigged but that hasn't stopped me from making a profit. It will tend to favor certain areas of the wheel more than others so if you pay close attention you can bank big time. I use Kimo Li's methods here extremely well. I hope this helps!

Thanks for info but Kimo Li's stuffs can not help in RNG because Kimo teaches about position of numbers on wheel and their different interrelations and RNG doesnt have any wheel. Can you name some good casinos with LR?

Just giving you my own personal experiences with using those casinos. It works well for me! I mean the 6 number bet not anything more specific.

Found on 4 year old thread on casinomeister's forum where a guy deposited 4 cents and withdrew 5. What does this mean? God knows! Whatever you do do just be careful.

There are some benefits of these LR casinos:
1. Anybody can join. No country restriction absolutely.
2. No identity or address verifications or documents required.
3. Absolutely instant withdrawals
4. Play any of their dozens of casinos with a single username and password. All belongs to a single group and software.

So far, it appears random to me, I mean true random. Can Mr. Ore test its quality of randomness? They pay instantly and this is proven true. They should not be trusted if they manipulate results.

So far, I do not think it is trying to manipulate. Randomness is itself a killer concept and those who fail to understand this blame the RNG to be rigged.

If people play with some casino, the casino have their deposits. If management decide they want to withdraw some money, they have to control winnings in case of fluctuation where players would win more than they already left. For example they have a million usd deposited from players and they decide to take 300k, 30% of those money. Then they have to control game so that players do play only for 700k left, and that is limit for their winnigs - because it is less than what they deposited, someone has to lose more than he is expected. If they are fair and have a lot of players, they can withdraw as much as a sum of money players lost due to house edge, but if they want to withdraw MORE, they have to cheat, or do not pay players their wins or make it take a long time - until loses of other players accumulate. That's why some casinos do not pay in time - they have already taken what players deposited, and so they do not have that money!

                 I have told you many times that you can withdraw any amount, even 10 cents and anytime. The withdrawals are absolutely instant. It is very easy to blame any RNG as rigged. Daily, in a good land based casino, hundreds and thousands of players enter, how many of them come home winning? Not more than 10%. So, even if an online casino wishes to earn 30% of what it gets as deposits, it is more than likely to get more than that without any sort of cheating.
              You seem to have good knowledge of mathematics and probabilities. Why dont u apply your tests to see whether it is random or biased? That would help all.
