Pattern Balance Concept.(Random killer)

I had a NICE and REASONABLE idea about how to try take advantage on the EC by flat betting.(in my opinion EC and flat betting with winning target 10-15 chips per visit is the best deal....safe and fun and small BR)

In my opinion the only way to gain a better advantage than the Randomness flow(that is a killer) is to count (observe) patterns and when some of them are behind then BET them in order the Randomness to make the balance....This is the RULE -BALANCE- !
 Now we all know that every RULE has exeption...but we don t care because the only that we care is make more than the lost ones.....so eg 3 W sessions and 1 lost is an OK deal.

So please try to folow me and any suggestions and tweeks are welcomed because we need to enginiar is for the best!

But before explain How I thought that we can take advantage I need to see who agrees with this CONCEPT :

I will explain to u the bet selection....now the mild progression we must all work to find the best of it.

We will have a pen and papper with us and look at the 2 last oucomes.(always)
we will write on the papper this:

      R                     B                    O                  E                      L                       H
run   change   run   change   run  change  run  change    run   change     run   change

So we will write in every spin what happened a RUN or  a CHANGE.....

so we will be betting what happened less...praing for the randomness to make a balance..LOL

but we must have a progression...my sugestion is 

1-2 loss= 1 chip
3-5 loss=2 chips
5-8 loss =3 chips  etc.

we must treat every Ec INDEPENDENT!

I do not feel this idea can work in a short span or session. randomness is not regarding any pattern of EC it is just a number everytime when ball spins and not an EC pattern. Jordan, can you explain your concept with illustrations from real spin sessions? you are not clear here about your suggested method.
