It really is a trap to catch the unwary in my opinion. Even Chrisbis experienced player that he is, nearly got caught out.

I take a screen shot (some times I have to scale it down on my Page (using ctrl and -(minus sign)) and then save as...

Then post as a [attachimg#]
(choose "inline fullsize attachment" from the [attachimg=#] drop down menu)
then use "Choose File".. option, and select that image.

I always save images to my desktop- its so much easier to find them then!!
