666 is the sum of the numbers on the wheel, not the layout.  

791 is the sum of the numbers on the layout of the graphic you posted, but it might not be the same on every layout.

I think you included the numbers outside - 1- 12; 1- 18; 2 - 12; 3- 12; 19- 38 as well. I didn't assume that anybody would do that but I confess you are right   so waiting for your question

I am probably wrong but my gut tells me 39. I think I read that somewhere and then again it could be 42!

The info I have is that it was a 36 spin streak of red, recorded at a casino in Bristol, UK. Maybe records have been broken since then, I don't know. Anyway I'll pass the baton to Luke as he was closer.
