FOr security reasons we only have one head cashier that can manually credit players accounts. The automated deposits via Neteller, Visa, masterCard, PaySafeCard, and MoneyBookers are quick and automated. The manual bonuses have to be done by one individual administrative cashier. He currently works normal banking hours. he will be in the office in the next 10 hours. He will be able to process the bonus at that time. Customer service personel only have enough information and "control" to meet the immediate needs of the players.
