This is the idea:


Bet one EC.


Here, I will test black and reds.


Wait for 3 results eg.  RRB


Bet that these 3 results won't repeat in that order. So we bet BBR


Progression 1,1,2


So if we win on the 1st spin, we are +1


If we win on the 2nd or 3rd spin we are level.


If we lose we are -4 and wait for a fresh 3 spins.


Next progression line will be 2,2,4


Then 4,4,8


This is a safe and mild progression but one which from
my testing has solid results between the +5 to +10 range
from a 100 spin session.
