Normally i test as i play, even minimal money,so partly testing done on paper and in actuals play,so that you can get use to the tension of a real game.I have read this point from experience players, testing on paper and working is one thing, bring the discipline into the game is another thing.
For me i think im done with testing.Play time 2012.A good strategy boils down to trends and money management.Cheers  PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR 2012.HAPPY WINNINGS GUYS.

Yes.  I agree with that statement 100%.

Playing or testing at home and playing in the 'real world' will generally show different results.  Expected wins just won't materialize because the working environment is so much different.

Basic testing at home is to demonstrate that your methods "should" work.

Putting them into action for real changes your mental ability and playing attitude and there is simply no substitute for live play, under pressure, for money.

This applies to online LIVE casinos too.

The mind does strange things when money is on the line and not just numbers generated on your scoresheet.

A prosperous new year to everyone playing the games.

No, not over the long-run.  Unless the casinos are all cheating, which wouldn't make a lot of sense either because that would expose themselves to more unnecessary risks than one.

Why test something if testing can make no difference.  The "real world" doesn't begin at the casino!

In that case, the best way to win is to "not fire a single shot".

But if you're just interested in those games, then first figure out a way to at least be able to hold you're own before comps.  Even then, the execution of it should be the slow, boring part of the plan... until they throw you out.
