Test #4 went to the last bet 12-12-12 (36 units per spin).  I had about 25 of these not crossed off and abandoned the test.  To high of a draw down for me.  This will conclude testing on this method for now.

It's only to be expected DB.  As we can see none of these type systems can go for long without the large draw downs. 

I'm interested in seeing what the draw downs look like to decide if it's something I want to stay with or is it not the kind of system that I like to play.

For anyone watching this system, recognize that it will have losing sessions that will wipe out most if not all your winnings.  So, you need to be prepared to lose anytime you start to play.

I am trying a less volatile progression on my post "2nd plus the penultimate".  By using much slower progressions or even a flat bet, you don't have such high units per spin winnings, but you also don't have such a large payback.  You stay more current with a more realistic units won per spin ratio.  This may be as low at 1 unit for every 10-20 spins.  So it's a real grind, but with a flatter bet you rarely if ever have a big loss all at once.

I am addicted to steep progressions because I know that they will win a lot of units fairly quickly, but they can and do give them back in big chunks very quickly.  Even when you know the progression loss is coming, when it hits it knocks the wind out of your sails.

This doesn't mean that this is a terrible system, it's just not as good as I had hoped it would be and I can't see myself playing it for any length of time for real money.

I am with DB in that I think I'll let this one simmer while I look at other ideas.

If anyone wants to continue the testing, keep us posted.  It'll be interesting to see if it continues to perform well enough to justify playing it for real money.
