The guarantee should be for 'unlimited amount of spins until player reaches the amount of money spent on method + bankroll + determined % winnings'.
Vendor should post CD with the system with company sales receipt and company address for returns should be visible on website.
There are no signs of VAT registration or Companies House registration number either so we are not even sure about the vendor's company reputation.
Vendor claims it to be a 'winning' system, which could only be claimed if the tool provided can precisely point which number will hit in future.

He claims it to be a winning method but part of their t&cs says:

How many roulette robots does it exist witch give a free trail for 48 hours - i would pick up a bonus offer and try out the roulette robot - the only thing that can happen is that you wagering the amount of times they want using the bonus and that with the robot and take the free money with out risking your own money.

Then if you get a winning amount that cover the buy for the robot - then why not - then its for free and it does not matter if it is a scam or not.
