What happens when you combine 3 strong systems into one?  You should get even stronger system?
I think some people  here are familiar with Pivot system and Law of the 3rd system. They employ 2 opposite concepts but combined should produce some good results.
We track last 36 spins and write down all sleepers and repeats. We could get  from 12 to even 24 numbers.  Now we place  them in corresponding dozens.  In each dozen we need 6 numbers so we will bet on 18 numbers. If we have more than 6 numbers from our list we just pick  6 numbers. I would pick the numbers that hit earliest in 36 spin circle.  If it is repeat or sleeper its up to you.
We use the same progression for each dozen separately.

1 step up on L, on W we go back 2 beginning of previous betting level

Exception from this rule would be if you got to much higher betting level on 1 DZ

Example: If you bet on 1 DZ 7 units and you bet 1 and 2 units on other DZ and you get hit on smaller bets you can stay on the same level for few spins on higher bet so you continue betting 7 and 1 and 2 units respectively.  You are trying to avoid situation when you have a sleeping dozen and hits on other dozens don't offset losses in sleeper DZ because your progression escalates upwards. 
If you lose the bet on 7 level you are down 42u and even if you win on 1 level in other DZ you are still down 36u (you also lost 12u in the 3rd Dz on level 2)
Bankroll here should be around 300 or 400 units at least.
stop-loss and win goal are optional. I always reset when in positive territory.  My highest bet so far was on level 9 in 1 DZ. But i played mostly just regular system when you pick your numbers at random. Incorporating sleepers and repeats should improve our hit ratio a lot. Its  rare to go without a hit for more than 6 spins. Not uncommon are streaks of 5 or 6 hits in a row.
If you have 12 sleepers and 6 repeaters incorporated  you can expect to have 12 "guaranteed" hits in the next 36 spins. Combining with other random hits it should keep you it the positive territory.
The drawback is that you have to be really fast with your bets especially if you hit higher levels in your bets.  The idea of using sleepers and repeats as your picks came to me recently.
The system seems to perform strong when you just use random picks.
