Joyland Casino (owned by William Hill) Banned Me For Winning

Hi folks,

Not a regular poster but I just thought I'd put this out there for those using or considering using this casino.

Basically I had a good winning night where I tripled my bankroll in a rather short series of bets. It was just one short playing session but it looked really lucky.

Well guess what happened when I came back a few days after that night? I couldn't access their lives games anymore!

I contacted them and got an email from the casino supervisor and here is what he said:

"We write further to your recent contact with our Customer Support team regarding the fact you are unable to play in any of the Live Games in our Casino.

Joyland Casino reserves the right, through our terms and conditions, to accept or refuse the whole or part of any bet placed with ourselves. At times we may chose to restrict the game(s) which a customer may play, but this is within our right to do so. This practice is common throughout the gaming world and whilst we understand you may not be satisfied with this, it is our prerogative to do so.

Regards,

Gabriel Anderson
Casino Supervisor"

Can you believe these guys?

I contacted them again, saying that I too would like to "exercise my right" of requesting that my account be closed immediately (I had already withdrawn my money). But he ignored my request and I had to talk to chat support to have my account closed.

Now what's strange is that I DIDN'T EVEN WIN THAT MUCH! My bankroll before I tripled it was well below $100. Are they really this desperate?

Oh and guess what, I was certainly allowed, in fact encouraged, to play the RNG games while this "ban" was in effect. LoL! That sure tells you something.

Now I know casinos are no charities and they all "reserve the right" to simply throw you out the door as soon as you start making serious money consistently. But that's the point, this was neither serious money nor consistent, just a really lucky short streak where I tripled my bankroll rather easily. I've never been treated this way by a casino. Joyland/William Hill, is such a joke.

I now wonder if any of you guys experienced this.

Cheers

Well I just searched the forum and found this:

I just read the title that you have been banned and i don't find that being strange at all.
It is not meant for you to win and they lose and players who win on regular basis will never be welcome to play for the long run.
On-line casinos does not exist for pepole who is winning, they exist for pepole who lose there money.
Denial of gamblers fallacy is usually seen in people who has Roulette as last option for a way to wealth, debt covering and a independent lifestyle.  Next step is pretty ugly-
AP - It's not that it can't be done, but rather people don't really have a clue as to the level of fanaticism and outright obsession that it takes to be successful, let alone get to the level where you can take money out of the casinos on a regular basis. Out of 1,000 people that earnestly try, maybe only one will make it.

It's also common experience to any one who has spent a lot of time in any casino, the layered psychological ploys to drive some players to bet more.

This is what you can do.
Build a simple web site that black list every casino that banned users with out giving any proper reason to do so.
Make the title simple of the site so it show high up using googel.
Spend time at all gambling forums and tell about your site and start topics about the subject.

The only way is to give them the bad repetition they should have from start.

William Hill are poor losers, They will welcome you with open arms so long as you do what they expect you to do, If they suspect you are able to beat them systematically, No longer relying on lady luck they will shut you down, I've never used them but I've heard similar stories, How you bet will indeed also be a factor, The trick is to take a bit here and a bit there, Even money chances are more acceptable, If they think you have some sort of VB advantage or wheel bias you will be in trouble, I suggest you have at least 3 accounts and A~ never take more than 20 units from one in any one day and B~ never use the same account two days in a row,                                                                                                 Be smart and don't get greedy I've been using Paddypower and Ladbrokes, Bet365 for years without any problem, It comes down to letting them forget you, There is always someone who will make too big a noise and draw attention, Casinos believe random and house edge will see off most players, Once they know you can beat the wheel they are scared, But again the guy winning 50 everyday will draw more attention than the guy winning 15~20 three times a week~

That is not possible for 99.9% of cases on on-line casinos.

First of all because of raw video quality in most casinos you dont have perfect visual spot on the wheel.

On WH where is video quality good enough for that, croupier announces NMB same second as spins the ball so you cant even think to AP. Also it doesnt spins it from the last spun number. Dealers spins the wheel, waits a second or so then pushes the ball.
That is actualy against the rules, because ball should be always spun from last spun number.

Bias is not posible becasue they have very very strict  statistical analyizes and controls and same second when bias shows up red light blinks in pit bosses office and he orders imidiate change of the wheel.

AP for on line is prevented even before start to think about it :)

Better to prevent then cure, right?

Yes Drazen I would agree its not really possible online. But one thing I can tell you for certain. They wont tolerate you beating them day in day out for decent sums of money 30 units plus. Three people I know of got banned from William Hill and Ladbrokes for sheer greed. They won too much too often.

Drazen

I know John, probably one of those 3 you know was banned while playing my first system with sleepers  ;)
That was my friend Niksa.

I know that case. He didn't lost not even single session for over 3 months and when they saw what was happening they did what they had to..

And hillarious thing is that after he complained they said: Sorry we can't allow you playing live wheels, but you can acces and play RNG roulette and all our other games".  Haha !

This  in  essence is verifying  the fact that  RNG type  roulette is  the casino`s friend.

What an admission. BEAM ME UP>^^^^^^^^

I know Drazen, what does that tell you about real money RNGS. I know Bayes and Superman will tell you they are fair. But if so why is it I can beat Ladbrokes RNG for example anytime I want to in practice mode. But as soon as I switch to real money mode I can't buy a win.
Theres somerhing not right there. That's why they want us to play them. They already know we will definately LOSE. Kudos to you if your method is that good. Your friend has to become more discreet like a ninja player. Dodging in and out of several casinos. By the time they clock him he is gone. If he does that he will survive a lot longer. You could take several thousand from a casino. Without them really being aware. I've done it.

If you take 2000 from a casino spaced throughtout the year. You will get away with it. Try to do that in a month and they will be on your case.

Drazen

True.
I am the one here who was giving fiercest discussions aganist RNG-s mr John. Especialy with mr. Bayes  ;)

That is what about any newbie should be warned first, if you ask me. To prevent pure stealing their hard earned money. (As was in my case first time)

RNG is not roulette and if you dont have patience to play real wheel then you dont need even to start.

One thing we should ask is that if an RNG cheats, why then would they also not cheat with a 'live wheel'. It does not make sense to be honest with one and not another IF the consequences of getting found out would be having the license revoked.

Ladbrokes had the B+M licenses removed over 15 year ago for various irregularities involving chairman Cyril Stein.  They are now looking to get back into the business in London and I think it's unlikely they would be taking any chances in jeapordizing a potential cash cow.

I am 99% confident 'live wheels' don't cheat because of my own personal experience with them and therefore can't see the logic in why they would then rip off customers who use RNG.

I know people who have won 4 figure sums regularly playing RNG as well. Everyone's variance is different and I don't suppose you are going to hear the winners complaining.

Drazen

Interesting thinking of course.

Because for RNG-s is much much harder (almost practicaly impossible to prove) that they are cheating and you can react on inspection in split of second, just one click to change program-algorithm. While for live wheels you need to find magnets under the wheel, which you can't hide or remove so quickly

Although in my country even WHEN you know and can prove with device that magnets are under wheel you can't do nothing because laws are protecting casinos. How? Well, this laws are brought by government which takes their share for that of course.

All that is behind curtains of course and it is not some conspiracy theory. Actualy not only for casinos and gambling industry, some other things also.

When we get in EU i hope this will change.

Cheers
